This dealership sold me a used vehicle with warranty that was void. I brought my vehicle in to the dealership in Kenora because the clear coat was peeling and was informed that the vehicle had been painted since the factory. I had no idea that this happened, and why would the dealership sell me something that was void? I was very confused and thought Ledingham could clear this up in a second because why would they rip me off like that. But nope they agreed that oh jeez it does look like its been painted before and the warranty is no good because of that. Then I thought oh well since they sold it to me like that that they would go good for it. But nope they said they'd only pay half. I'm sorry but I bought my vehicle because it had warranty left. I need warranty because I can't afford xxxx like this. Thanks for ripping me off Ledingham.

Purchased a vehicle from Jack Neufeld. Excellent service and very up front. Very knowledgeable on what he was selling. No run around and he was not pushy. 4 months after Purchase we were still givin excellent service. Well done great experience. We will be returning.
