Dorothy who we nickname THAT GIRL is the most effective & efficient customer service representative... A true diamond. Ross & Jon have been the most congenial sales manager/salesman - straight shooting to a fault which is saying something for a car salesman. And even on those occasions THAT GIRL was away - Other personnel step up to the customer service task - and happily look after your needs every time. It's a real ingratiating experience - I wouldn't go to another dealership elsewhere in the county and I don't intend to either.
