Purchase a used Buick Encore premium there and got a great deal. Car in perfect condition, great service. Honest dealer who found out after delivering my car that they had winter tires on rim for it and they delivered them for free !

Very unfortunate experience. Purchased a used vehicle for 48k and it was not even cleaned the dirt was armouraled over, battery was dead when picked up Air filter And cabin filter hasn't been changed in years and Steve said it was all checked over to ford specs , sales are very pushy , Steve never returned my call

J ai acheté une voiture de luxe à grand prix et lors d un entretien usuel le service à endommagé la carrosserie. J ai fait une fiche negative chez ford et le propriétaire m a fait la leçon et insulté. Ce sont des amateur, très mauvais concessionnaire, à éviter.

Water was leaking in they never found where it was coming from but after the warranty was over miracle they found it and it will cost 2500$,called Ford and there nothing they can do. Never trust that dealership

The dealer advertises one price then when you get to the dealership they add additional fees (not just taxes and shipping etc..) that make the vehicle much more expensive… In my case I called and emailed the salesperson and made it very clear what my maximum price was and only after traveling to their dealership was I given the true price. Then when I complained about it on their face book page the "dealership owner or manager" called me a liar and threatened to sue me for defamation… witch would have had me shaking in my boots if it wasn’t all true and I did not have the emails to prove it… actually it was the manager or owner that really upset me and it calls into question what kind of service you can expect or problem resolution you would receive when dealing with a dealership like this.
