What Others Say

Wendy Bloomfield made it very easy for me to get behind the wheel of my last two new cars. Service was excellent by Wendy and all others. highly recommended. keep up the good work and someone give her a raise Rick

I recently had major warranty work done on my truck. Casey and all of the service department went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and everything was 100%. I drive from tecumseh just to get the outstanding and honest service. I would not go anywhere else.

The service department have really provided excellent service and have helped me out on some urgent repairs last minute... and did so at little cost... Of course I am a regular customer for all service . They are courteous as well. Thanks to Casey and the crew.! Diane B

We purchased a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan from the dealership, we spoke with a sales lady briefly, she was not too bad to work with, asked for $500 off the vehicle and they accepted quickly. Overall they gave us a good deal for the vehicle. Warranty was explained theory, the financial manager was very nice and trustworthy. It took us approx 4 days to receive our new vehicle, it was very clean inside. Now for service hopefully everything is good in that department when we need them, haven't needed them yet,

service sucks. not good. watch out for a girl named carmen in the service department. if it was when Crawford owed the dealership I could have gone to him with a complaint & it would have been looked after-- not now. nobody cares now after they get your money...

My wife looked at a used 300 Signature edition and fell in love with the car. When working with the sales girl she tried to sell the car to my wife for 18,995 plus administration fee, e-test, and a fee for Carfax which she did not ask for. After doing some haggling back and forth a few times the sales girl said the best offer she could make was 16,995 and that was a fantastic price. My wife called my to see what I thought, so I went on the dealerships website to look at the car and they had the car listed for 16,995 THE SAME PRICE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE AMAZING DEAL. After confronting the sales girl she was told that they would take off the admin fee to which my wife agreed. After messing up the paperwork a few times my wife finally signed papers that had the price discounted $795.00. When my wife received the car a week after signing the papers (they said it would be that long because they had to take it in to get detailed), the car was dirty, had cigarette butts in the ashtray, only 1/2 tank of gas and the car mats were missing (that were there when she test drove the car). About a week after receiving the car, the dealership called and said that they had a problem with the paperwork at the bank and needed her to come in and resign. When she got there, the price they had on the paper was more than the price she originally signed for. When she said something she was told that they already sent the papers to the bank for that amount and if she wanted it changed they would have to go through the credit borough again and it would hurt her credit rating. She signed the papers again just to get it done with, but was not happy. I would not suggest anyone deal with this company.
