I have had to bring my Jeep Grand Cherokee in several times for recalls. The last recall was a relay pump. They really missed up the sensors. I could not get my gas tank to open then a few days later I lost power steering on the 401. Of coarse I had to take it back several times. They charge close to 130.00 an hour. Very poor service and they have mostly people being trained to be a mechanic. The owner would not take responsibility. At one time during arguing with me he stated " You listen to me young lady". Very rude.
Not great prices and not great service. Very mismanaged. Sold me a Jeep missing carpet retaining nuts. Also made the process quite difficult and lengthy and was not able to negotiate on much. probably due to bad CSI scores.
Watch out . Nice up front but seriously lacking in knowledge and integrity . Never ending foul ups , followed up by lying about warranty coverage , leading to inability to get an oil change done via warranty . Called to fix issue , met with agitation that I even called . A week later , still never got registered as promised . Inept dealership experience . It’s too bad .
I bought my ram 1500 sport from beatties, and had a decent experience with sales, they weren't the cheapest (as to be expected from a small dealer) but the sales department was able to bring in the exact truck I wanted. The service department is where this dealership shines, any issues I've had with my truck Beatties has fixed, and either given me a vehicle to drive, or have provided me a shuttle to and from work, with my vehicle being fixed in between. Beatties service department is exceptional, and I would recommend it to anyone.
I would have given 0 stars if that was an option. Small lot, poor selection, very small service department booking way into the future for repairs. I'd heard bad stories from others in town, but decided to give them a try anyway. My experience was so-so until they discovered I was shopping at other Dodge dealers for a better price then their attitude changed! The owner provided a threatening ultimatum that if I didn't buy from them I'd have to get service elsewhere!! Real classy. Save yourself the headaches and buy elsewhere.
