BE CAREFUL. After my DIscovery was in for service, they charged my credit card $900 for damage to a returned rental they later learned was caused by a previous customer. They were more concerned about their Customer Service Satisfaction Survey score than actual customer service satisfaction. It wasn't really a luxury brand experience.

Jaguar salesmen care only about their commissions. They’ll try to make you buy extra warranty and put pressure on you to buy body and seats warranty. Usually the first service is complimentary, the salesman never mentioned that to me, I learn that from another Jaguar dealership. The service department is unprofessional and don’t respect words.they keep telling me to contact the salesman, and the salesman keep telling me to del with the service department. I am vey disappointed and I will never buy a Jaguar again at Jaguar Toronto If you are looking to buy a New luxurious car stay away from this dealership,
